Bradford Evered, Principal:Brad Evered is a co-founder and Principal of C&E Settlement. He has fifteen years experience in the real estate industry and is also a co-founding principal of Coulombe & Evered LLC, a Bellevue-based mortgage firm. In addition to managing the operations for both the escrow and mortgage companies, Brad serves as a mentor for his sales staff and loan officer for the many loyal clients he's cultivated throughout the years. Brad received his BA degree in finance from the University of Washington and volunteers part-time with the Catholic Youth Organization and enjoys running, golfing and coaching youth basketball. |
